Yellow labeled pasta made of 100% Italian durum wheat. Durum wheat is selected form the regions of Lombardy, Veneto, Friuli and Emilia Romagna, respecting the environment and the philosophy of Km0. To ensure always a low impact on the environment all the electricity used for production processes derives from renewable sources (hydropower, solar, wind, etc..) The mill and pasta factory guarantees the freshness of the flour, but also - zero CO2 emissions carried between the various production sites. All these features have allowed the product to obtain EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) that quantifies the impact on the environment that us caused by a productin of a certain product. The analyzes carried out that the amount of carbon dioxide released into the air during the production is small. For each format of pasta has been perfomed a detailed study for the development of bronze die, the shape, size and the thickness of a top level, in order to obtain a pasta that remains frim after cooking, and meanwhile is easy to masticate. Ingredients: 100% Italian durum wheat. Average nutritional values per 100g: energy 1512 kJ / 357 kcal, fat: 1.5g, of which saturates 0 g, Carbohydrates: 70,0 g of which sugars 1.4 g fiber: 3.5 g protein 14.0 g, salt 0.001 g.
