The cherry tomatoes are cultivated in April and harvested by hand in July. All stages take place in the farm. The tomatoes are harvested, washed, selected, manually cut, salted and allowed to dry for 4-5 days on the looms. Then they are selected, washed and seasoned with Mediterranean spices and put in jars with extra virgin olive oil. To obtain 800 g of dried cherry tomatoes, there is need about 10 kg of fresh tomatoes and more than 130 hours of work. Ingredients: sun-dried “Ciliegino” tomatoes (65%), extra virgin olive oil (30%), capers, hot pepper, garlic, aromatic herbs, wine-vinegar, salt, sugar, lemon juice. GMO free product.
