Artichokes from the Apulian local variety '' Brindisi ''. They can't be reproduce in the nursery, but taken from existing plantations. The cultivation takes place from October, the harvest starts in March. The artichokes are collected with the entire stem. Processing, which takes place within 8 hours from the harvest, consists of: defoliation and with manual cleaning with a penknife. After, the artichokes are immediately put into jars with extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil. Ingredients: artichokes (65%), sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, lemon juice. GMO free product.
