Small, tender and tasty, these artichokes are the indigenous variety called '' Brindisi ''. The cultivation takes place in October, while the harvest begins in April. The processing is done within 8 hours from the harvest. Artichokes are very tender, they are just defoliated and manually turned with penknife. After, they are put into jars with extra virgin olive oil. No added any flavoures or spices in order to to maximize the unique taste of this product. Ingredients: artichokes (65%), extra virgin olive oil (30%), wine vinegar, salt, lemon juice. GMO free product.
