Typical Apulian olives. They are harvested between October and November, when thay are half-ripened. Olive growers take them to a farm. This is where they are washed, sorted, accordin to their size, and debittered in salted water for 6 months. After this, olives are selected again and put into jars with water and salt and are pasteurized. Ingredients: Leccine olives, water, salt. GMO free product.
