Typical Apulian olives are harvested in November, when thay are fully ripened. Olive growers take them into farm, where they are washed, separated by size, and debittered in water and salt for about 6 months. The proccess takes place in a natural and traditional way, after what the olives are seasoned with spices and chilli and put into jars in extra virgin olive oil. Ingredients: celline olives (65%), extra virgin olive oil (30%), chilli pepper, garlic, aromatic herbs, salt, lemon juce. GMO free product.
