Typical Apulia black olives. They are harvested in November when thay are ripened. In the farm they are washed, divided by sizes, according to the ancient debittering method that involves staying into a salted water for 6 months. After they are manually selected again for one by one and put into jars in brine. Ingredients: Celline olives, water, salt. GMO free product.
