Paté of hot peppers that are cultivated in late May and harvested by hand from August to October. They are washed, sorted, stalk is removed, cut into rounds and matured in salt for a short period. After, they are mashed with the addition of the Mediterranean spices and put into jars with extra virgin olive oil. Ingredients: Chilli peppers (50%), extra virgin olive oil (30%), sweet peppers, dried tomatoes, wine vinegar, salt, sugar, lemon juice. GMO free product.
