A typical Salentine varieties of turnip. It is cultivated from October, and harvested at different stages from December to March. Once the turnips collected they are washed by hand to remove the hardest parts, they are lightly cooked seasoned and put into jars with extra virgin olive oil. Ingredients: turnip greens (65%), extra virgin olive oil (30%), chilli pepper, garlic, winve vinegar, salt, lemon juice. GMO free product.
