A wild onion that can be found 5-10 cm under the ground. They can't be cultivated, their presence on our tables is guaranteed by the farmers who collect them with a distinct/specific tool. They must be washed well, boiled in water and vinegar and cleaned manually with a penknife. It's a very thorough work that requires great care and a lot of time. Finally the wild onions are put into jars manually with fresh mint, red pepper and extra virgin olive oil. Ingredients: lampascioni (65%), extra virgin olove oil (30%), wine vinegar, chilli pepper, garlic, salt, zucchini, fresh mint, lemon juice. GMO free product.
