Conditutto (all seasoning) is made with vegetables cultivated in open fields of Salento from April to May and harvested manually from June to September. The vegetables are naturally sun-dried and then processed by hand. Eggplant, zucchini , tomatoes and onion are minced, seasoned and put into jars with extra virgin olive oil. Ingredients: dried vegetables (55%), (aubergines, zucchinis, tomatoes, onion), extra virgin olive oil (25%), stone removed Leccine olives, capers, wine vinegar, aromatic herbs, salt, sugar, lemon juice. GMO free product.
